Here is our big girl! She practiced a few times (after being grounded from her bike for 1 week!) and then this morning we went out to try and she just took off!!! She is so proud and excited!

The crime went something like this...
A: I want to practice riding bike without my helmet.
Me: No, wear your helmet.
A: I don't want to.
Me: I don't care, wear it.
A: FINE! (storm out the door)
2 minutes later...I go outside...
Me: Aidyn! I told you to wear your helmet. PUT IT ON!
A: No.
Me: Fine, get off the bike. You are grounded from your bike for 1 week. Next time you wear your helmet or you will be grounded for 2 weeks.
A: WAAAAA!!!!! That's not fair!!!! WAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh Aidyn, you should always wear your helmet! I see lots of kids in the ER where I work, who get hurt very badly when they don't wear their helmet! So make sure you do because I don't want you to get hurt!
